PRE & POST YOUR CRYOSKIN TREATMENT 

A guide to getting your best results from your CryoSkin treatment 

No sugar or carbs for 4 hours

• DO NOT EAT or DRINK any sugar or carbohydrates (i.e. fruit, juices, white bread, white rice, pasta, etc.) 4 hours before or after your treatment 

no excessive heat

• Try to avoid working out or doing anything that increases your body temperature at least ONE hour before your session.

 

2 Litres of water post

Within 8 hours after your appointment, consume an additional 2L of water to flush the dead fat cells out of the lymphatic sustem.

2 Litres of water prior

Within 8 hours prior to your appointment, consume at least 2L of water.

Arrive early for parking

Please leave time to find a park as  it can be quite busy!
